ASSETS OF GRP STRUCTURES ACQUIRED BY PGF
Production glassfibre has purchased the entire mould package and other physical assets of Portsmouth based GRP Structures following the liquidation of the company. With a proud history supplying a vast range of dormers, canopies, bays, coping, door surrounds, dovecots and more to Barrat, Bovis, Careys, Wates and a host of other builders, the company were unable to survive the dramatic dowturn in the sector and ceased manufacturing earlier this month.

Having now moved the moulds to our south factory and on to the recently completed mezzanine (see July 08) production is already underway and the first new product has been delivered to a Barrat site.  David Goyder, previously MD of GRP Structures has worked with PGF to ensure the smoothest possible transfer of the business and will continue to be involved with the company.

Products now available as standard from production glassfibre can presently be found at www.grpstructures.com
