A new housing scheme which will transform a Birmingham estate into the greenest development in the city has pioneering started this June. The £16 million showcase scheme in warstock will feature 116 new high-performance homes, and is Birmingham’s first sustainable housing development.  It is being developed by Black Country housing group (bchg) and housing regeneration specialist Lovell.  PGF have partnered with Lovell on this project to supply a range of bespoke designed grp door canopies for this project.  This involved consultation with both the midlands regional office and site contacts to establish precise specification and design requirements.  The project is ongoing into 2009.
